E-mail Sales Development Representative

They’re looking for an Email Sales Development Representative (SDR) to drive outbound growth through highly personalized email outreach. This role focuses on engaging prospects in meaningful written conversations, booking qualified meetings, and contributing directly to revenue expansion.

What You’ll Do

• Execute personalized outbound email campaigns to introduce the platform’s value proposition
• Engage marketers and decision-makers in thoughtful written conversations
• Book qualified meetings and initiate strategic sales discussions
• Collaborate with sales and account management teams to refine outbound strategies
• Maintain accurate CRM records and track performance metrics to optimize outreach

What You Bring

• 2+ years of business development or sales experience in marketing, tech, B2B, or marketplace environments
• Strong written communication skills with the ability to personalize outreach effectively
• Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot) and sales platforms like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Clay, or Apollo
• Data-driven mindset with a focus on hitting performance and revenue targets
• Ambition to grow into a more senior sales role within a fast-paced startup environment
