Diesel Mechanic

Duties:

• Perform diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance on diesel trucks and equipment
• Conduct routine inspections to identify and resolve mechanical issues promptly
• Maintain accurate maintenance records and reports
• Adhere to safety standards and procedures at all times
• Collaborate with the logistics team to minimize downtime and optimize vehicle performance

Requirements:

• At least 3 years of experience as a Diesel Mechanic
• Proven expertise in maintaining and repairing diesel engines
• Strong understanding of freight industry standards and safety protocols
• Ability to work independently and efficiently under pressure
• Relevant technical certifications or qualifications in Diesel Mechanics

Familiarity with the following:

• Heavy vehicle diagnostics tools and equipment
• Maintenance management systems
• Preventative maintenance practices
