We are seeking a talented Sourcing Campaign Specialist to manage candidate messaging across all outbound and email channels. This role sits at the intersection of sourcing, marketing, and automation, helping to craft and optimize campaigns that attract exceptional candidates and move them through the application process.

Location and Time:

Fully Remote (Work from Home), 9 AM - 5 PM EST

Role Overview

As the Sourcing Campaign Specialist, you will own the candidate messaging strategy and execution across various platforms. From outreach sequences in Ashby to cold emails in Instantly, as well as candidate newsletters and re-engagement flows, you’ll manage all top-of-funnel communications. You will work closely with the Sourcing Manager on vertical strategy, the Sourcing Ops team on tagging and tracking, and Marketing on brand alignment and design. You will report directly to the Sourcing Manager and play a critical role in shaping the overall candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Craft and Manage Campaign Messaging:
• Write and A/B test outbound sequences for Instantly and Ashby.
• Build vertical-specific messaging frameworks and templates.
• Create compelling subject lines, CTAs, and messaging that drive engagement, clicks, and replies.
• Execute Candidate Email Campaigns:
• Launch and manage email campaigns using Apollo, HubSpot, Mailchimp, or similar, and/or Ashby.
• Own regular candidate newsletters and role update emails.
• Coordinate UTM tagging, segmentation, and performance reporting.
• Drive Conversion with Testing + Optimization:
• Track open rates, reply rates, CTRs, and conversion to applications.
• Iterate on messaging and design based on performance data.
• Share learnings with sourcers and marketing regularly to optimize future campaigns.
• Partner with Sourcing + Marketing:
• Align messaging tone and timing with the employer brand.
• Use recruiter feedback and role urgency to prioritize campaigns.
• Collaborate with marketing on visual content, brand design, and copy testing.
• Bonus: Design + Visual Asset Support (Preferred but not required):
• Design campaign layouts or visuals in Canva or Figma.
• Improve visual presentation of candidate newsletters and outbound messaging.
  
  

Who You Are

• A marketer who thinks like a sourcer or a sourcer who understands marketing.
• Obsessed with performance—you test, tweak, and improve constantly.
• Hands-on experience with Apollo or other outbound/email tools.
• A strong communicator who can write, edit, and push campaigns live.

• Outreach templates generate replies from top-tier candidates.
• Email campaigns drive high open rates, click-through rates, and applications.
• Newsletters are polished, on-brand, and high-converting.
• Sourcers feel supported in moving faster and achieving their hiring targets.
