Introduction-
We seek a talented Graphic Designer with Digital Commerce (eCommerce) experience to join our creative team. In this role, you will develop high-quality, impactful designs for global blue-chip brands, shaping engaging customer experiences across web, mobile, and social commerce platforms.
You will play a key role in brand storytelling, digital marketing, and performance-driven design, and you will be able to contribute to UX/UI projects that enhance user engagement and conversion.
The successful candidate will join a robust and successful team of Neem dCom project managers based in several locations worldwide, including the UK, USA, Indonesia, India and the Philippines.
Responsibilities
Creative Design: Develop world-class visual assets for eCommerce platforms, marketing campaigns, digital ads, and social media.
Blue-Chip Client Focus: Work on leading global brands, delivering creative solutions that maintain their industry-leading standards.
Digital Commerce Expertise: Design assets for product launches, promotions, and omnichannel campaigns, optimizing for engagement and conversion.
Multichannel Consistency: Ensure a seamless brand experience across international markets, adapting designs for different audiences.
Brand Storytelling: Translate complex brand messaging into visually compelling, customer-centric designs.
Performance Optimization: Collaborate with marketing and data teams to analyze performance, refining creative assets based on insights..
Innovation & Trends: Stay ahead of global design trends, eCommerce innovations, and emerging technologies.
UX/UI as a Bonus: Opportunity to contribute to UX/UI projects, improving user experiences through intuitive and visually appealing digital interfaces.
Essential Skills and Experience
5+ years of experience in graphic design, preferably within an agency or working with global brands.
Strong portfolio showcasing work for high-profile clients or multinational companies.
Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign; After Effects is a plus).
Strong typography, layout, and storytelling skills, with an eye for global design aesthetics.
Ability to handle multiple high-profile projects simultaneously, meeting tight deadlines.
BONUS Skills:
Experience in designing for e-commerce, online retail, or direct-to-consumer (DTC) brands.
UX/UI design experience (e.g., wireframing, prototyping, user experience principles) is a plus.
Preferred Qualifications:
The candidate should naturally build customer relationships and lead them through the processes necessary to deliver robust solutions. We are looking for a customer-focused individual willing to roll up their sleeves and 'get the job done. Excellent communication and documentation skills are essential.
