Location: Kempton Park Employment Type: Full-Time Salary: R15,000 per month + Commission
About the Role
An established company is seeking a driven and proactive Internal Sales Representative to join its sales team. This is a sales-focused role suited to someone who enjoys generating new business, engaging with customers, and converting opportunities into sales. The successful candidate will be responsible for cold calling, following up on leads, preparing quotations, and building long-term customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities
Generate new business through proactive cold calling and lead generation.
Identify and qualify new sales opportunities.
Build and maintain relationships with new and existing customers.
Prepare and follow up on quotations.
Convert enquiries and quotations into confirmed sales.
Manage customer accounts and maintain regular contact.
Follow up on outstanding quotations and customer enquiries.
Maintain an active sales pipeline and achieve sales targets.
Update customer information and sales activities on the CRM system.
Provide regular sales and pipeline reports to management.
Liaise with internal departments to ensure accurate order processing and customer satisfaction.
Minimum Requirements
Grade 12 (Matric).
Minimum 2 years' internal sales or telesales experience.
Proven experience in cold calling and business development.
Strong quotation and customer follow-up experience.
Computer literate with Microsoft Office experience.
CRM experience will be advantageous.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
