An exciting opportunity has become available for an experienced Finance & Insurance (F&I) Consultant to join a busy high-volume franchised automotive environment retailing approximately 80100 vehicles per month.

Key Responsibilities

• Assisting customers with vehicle finance and insurance applications
• Structuring finance deals and submitting applications to multiple financial institutions
• Selling value-added products and extended warranties
• Ensuring all finance and insurance documentation is accurate and compliant
• Managing deal files from application through to vehicle delivery
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers banks and insurance providers
• Achieving finance insurance and value-added product targets
• Working closely with the sales team to ensure a seamless customer experience
• Capturing and processing deals using the Signio system

Minimum Requirements

• Grade 12 / Matric
• Minimum 2 years experience as an Automotive F&I Consultant in a franchised dealership
• RE5 Qualification (Essential)
• Full FAIS Accreditation and Fit & Proper Status
• NCA Accreditation
• DOFA Compliant
• Up-to-date CPD hours
• Valid Class of Business certification
• Sound knowledge of FICA FAIS NCA and all compliance requirements
• Experience with Signio will be highly advantageous
• Strong sales ability with excellent closing skills
• Professional communication and customer relationship skills
• Valid drivers license
• Clear criminal and credit record
• Stable employment history with contactable references
