Technical Services Manager

What youll be doing

• Lead and manage the Technical Services team.
• Drive research and development of new and existing products.
• Optimise formulations to improve quality and reduce costs.
• Manage technical projects from concept through implementation.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting to customers and branches.
• Investigate product-related complaints and implement corrective actions.
• Deliver technical training to customers, sales teams and internal staff.
• Maintain technical documentation and formulation packages.
• Develop and mentor technical staff.
• Liaise with suppliers, licensors and industry partners to stay abreast of new technologies.
• Promote continuous improvement, innovation and Green Technology initiatives

What you'll need

• BSc Chemistry (or equivalent relevant qualification)
