Job description
Our client is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Finance & Client Services Executive to join their Client Services team. This role is ideal for someone with a strong financial background who enjoys building client relationships, managing multiple priorities, and working in a fast-paced financial services environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain a portfolio of client accounts.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships by providing exceptional service and support.
  • Respond promptly and professionally to client queries and system-related issues.
  • Administer client ledgers, ensuring client information, facility limits, and records are accurate and up to date.
  • Prepare and submit facility increase requests, credit applications, and other client submissions to the Credit Department.
  • Liaise with Credit Controllers to resolve queries relating to debtor books and funding facilities.
  • Monitor client performance and ensure accounts remain compliant with company policies and procedures.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation relating to client accounts.
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure efficient service delivery.
  • Prioritise workload effectively while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Minimum Requirements

  • Grade 12 (Matric).
  • A relevant tertiary qualification in Finance, Accounting, Banking, Business Management or a related field will be advantageous.
  • 1–3 years' experience in a banking, financial services, lending, factoring or similar financial environment.
  • Strong financial acumen with the ability to interpret financial information.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and the Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent organisational and administrative skills with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain professional client relationships.
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities and perform under pressure.
