We're looking for a dynamic Sales Manager to drive contracted revenue across the Totalstay portfolio. This is a proactive, market-facing role - perfect for an experienced hospitality salesperson with strong Cape Town relationships and the energy to win new business.

What you'll do

• New business development: Secure corporate, MICE, group, and travel trade accounts.
• Account growth: Build and expand existing client relationships.
• Travel trade partnerships: Strengthen ties with tour operators and agencies.
• Contracting & proposals: Negotiate competitive rates and agreements.
• Client engagement: Lead site inspections, client visits, and sales missions.
• CRM management: Keep pipeline data accurate and conversion-focused.

What success looks like

• Revenue and room night targets consistently achieved
• New accounts secured and grown
• Strong pipeline value and conversion ratios

What we're looking for

• Proven hospitality sales experience in Cape Town
• Track record of winning and growing accounts
• Energetic, proactive, and visible in the market
• Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills
