Project Manager

Full-Time | Monday – Friday | 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST

We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Project Manager to support special projects across our Payroll, Human Resources, and Accounts Payable teams. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys coordinating multiple initiatives, and has exceptional communication and organizational skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and coordinate special projects across Payroll, HR, and Accounts Payable.
• Track project timelines, milestones, and deliverables to ensure deadlines are met.
• Collaborate with internal teams to gather requirements and provide project updates.
• Identify potential risks and proactively resolve issues.
• Prepare reports, documentation, and meeting notes.
• Monitor project progress and ensure tasks are completed accurately and efficiently.
• Assist with process improvements and implementation of new workflows.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders and provide regular status updates.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of Project Management or Project Coordination experience.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize effectively.
• Confident working independently in a remote environment.
• Proficient with project management and collaboration tools (such as Asana, ClickUp, Monday.com, Trello, Jira, or similar).
• Strong Microsoft Office or Google Workspace skills.

Working Hours:

• Monday – Friday.
• 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST.
