We are recruiting an experienced Regional Coach to take responsibility for a large, geographically diverse multi-unit restaurant portfolio.
This is a senior leadership opportunity for a commercially astute operations professional who can lead leaders, drive performance and develop high-performing teams. The candidate will be based in the Kuils River Head Office.
The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales, profitability, operational excellence, compliance and consistent standards across the region, while coaching and developing Area Coaches and Restaurant Managers.
We are looking for someone with:
Your experience does not have to be limited to the restaurant industry. Candidates from other large-scale multi-site environments, including retail, hospitality and related operational businesses, will also be considered.
This role will suit an accomplished operations leader who enjoys building capable teams, improving business performance and creating a culture of accountability and consistent execution.
