Client Associate – Presentation and Design Specialist

Who are we?

Our client is a well-established organisation operating within the financial services sector, with a strong focus on delivering high-quality solutions to its clients.

They are looking for a highly organised, detail-oriented Client Associate who is passionate about creating polished, professional presentations and client-facing materials.

What will you do?

• Create, update and maintain professional presentation templates and master documents




• Prepare client presentations based on meeting requirements and briefs




• Develop and format slides, charts, tables and other visual content




• Work with internal teams to obtain and verify information used in presentations




• Ensure information, calculations, charts and supporting content are accurate




• Apply consistent formatting and corporate brand standards across all materials




• Make amendments and updates following internal reviews and feedback




• Assist with the preparation and formatting of reports, fact sheets and marketing materials




• Manage multiple presentation requests and deadlines, particularly during busy reporting periods




• Liaise with various internal stakeholders to ensure requirements are understood and delivered accurately




• Assist with uploading and distributing client documentation




• Support design, branding and process-improvement initiatives




• Identify opportunities to use AI and automation to improve efficiency and quality control

What do you need?

• 2–3+ years' experience in a presentation, design, marketing, financial services or similar role




• A relevant Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Marketing, Design or a related field is advantageous




• Advanced Microsoft PowerPoint skills – essential




• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including charts, tables, data manipulation and formatting




• Proven experience producing professional, client-facing presentations




• Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, Canva or similar design tools




• Experience working with content management or document distribution platforms is advantageous




• An understanding of financial information, data and business terminology




• Excellent written English and strong grammar skills




• Exceptional attention to detail and strong quality-control abilities




• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills




• Excellent organisation and time-management skills




• Comfortable managing multiple priorities and working to tight deadlines




• Professional communication skills and the ability to work effectively with different teams




• Experience using AI tools to improve workflows, automate repetitive tasks or enhance quality and accuracy will be advantageous
