Inbound Customer Support Agent

Are you someone who genuinely enjoys helping people and finding solutions?

We are looking for empathetic, solution driven Customer Support Agents to join our team and become the first point of contact for US based customers requiring assistance after their purchase.

This is a customer service focused role where your ability to listen, understand, problem solve and take ownership will make the difference.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

You will support customers across a range of post purchase queries, including but not limited to:

• Handling inbound customer support calls
• Assisting with orders, fulfilment, cancellations, returns and refunds
• Supporting customers with memberships, rewards, points and certificates
• Understanding the customer's situation and taking ownership of their concern
• Providing clear, accurate information and setting the right expectations
• Finding appropriate solutions while following company policies and SOPs
• Escalating and collaborating with Team Leaders when additional support is required
• Keeping customer information and records accurate and up to date
• Consistently meeting quality, productivity, compliance and customer experience standards

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

We're looking for people who can combine empathy with problem solving and remain composed when dealing with challenging customer situations.

Requirements:

• Matric / Grade 12
• At least 1 year of contact centre experience
• B2 level English language proficiency
• No criminal record
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong empathy and a genuine customer first mindset
• Good problem solving and critical thinking skills
• The ability to learn quickly and work confidently across multiple systems
• The ability to remain calm, professional and solution focused under pressure
• A strong sense of ownership and accountability
• The ability to work effectively in a fast paced, team-oriented environment

Salary: R8,500 to R10,000 per month
