About the Role

Carrick Wealth is looking for a highly organised and proactive Private Wealth Assistant to support a Private Wealth Manager (PWM) in delivering an exceptional client experience while driving business growth.
This role combines client administration, new business coordination, and business development support. You'll play a key part in ensuring the smooth progression of new business, maintaining outstanding service standards, and helping to grow the PWM's client portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

New Business & Transaction Support

• Support the end-to-end new business process through Carrick's internal systems.
• Proactively follow up on outstanding applications, transactions, and requirements to ensure timely completion.
• Liaise with internal teams and external providers to keep business progressing efficiently.
• Work closely with the Private Wealth Manager and New Business team to ensure all documentation is accurate, complete, and compliant.

Client Administration & Reporting

• Maintain accurate client records in accordance with compliance and regulatory standards.
• Prepare, complete, and manage client documentation.
• Assist with quarterly client portfolio reporting, including preparation, coordination, and follow-up.
• Draft professional correspondence to clients and external providers.
• Engage with existing clients on behalf of the PWM, escalating feedback or requests where appropriate.

Operational Support

• Resolve day-to-day client and administrative queries.
• Attend internal, client, and strategy meetings as required.
• Maintain accurate reporting and business activity records.
• Develop a strong understanding of Carrick's wealth management solutions, products, and services.

Business Development

• Identify and prospect potential clients for Carrick's wealth management services.
• Generate and qualify new business opportunities aligned with the PWM's growth strategy.
• Engage prospective clients to assess their financial planning needs and suitability.
• Support the PWM in achieving agreed business development objectives.
• Monitor opportunities from initial engagement through to implementation and policy issuance.
