Pre-Owned Vehicle Sales Executive - Gauteng, West Rand

Remuneration: R15 000 Basic (Depending on Experience & Proven Track Record) +
Aggressive Commission Structure + Medical Aid + Pension/Provident Fund

Purpose Of The Job:

A large, established, and high-volume Pre-Owned Vehicle Dealership in the West Rand of Johannesburg is looking for an experienced and results-driven Pre-Owned Vehicle Sales Executive to join its successful sales team.
With dealership sales averaging 60 to 70 vehicles per month, this position offers excellent earning potential for a motivated sales professional with a proven ability to consistently achieve and exceed targets.

Important:
Only candidates with current and stable pre-owned vehicle sales experience, a demonstrated history of achieving sales targets, and who reside within 30 km of the West Rand dealership will be considered.

Key Responsibilities:

• Achieve and exceed monthly vehicle sales targets
• Generate and follow up on sales leads
• Conduct vehicle presentations and demonstrations
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships
• Ensure a professional and seamless customer buying experience
• Accurately complete all sales documentation and administration
• Work closely with the F&I department to maximize deal profitability
• Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and repeat business
• Contribute positively to the overall success of the dealership

Minimum Requirements:

• Must reside within a 30 km radius of the dealership
• Minimum 3 to 5 years' current and stable experience as a Pre-Owned Vehicle Sales Executive
• Proven track record of consistently meeting and exceeding monthly sales targets
• Experience working in a busy, high-volume dealership environment
• Strong sales, negotiation, and closing skills
• Excellent customer service and relationship-building abilities
• Good understanding of vehicle finance and dealership sales processes
• Stable employment history with contactable references
• Valid driver's licence
• Professional appearance and excellent communication skills
• Motor Industry experience Essential!
