Italian Customer Service Agent (Seasonal Contract)

We are currently recruiting for a fluent Italian-speaking Customer Service Agent to join our team on a seasonal contract. This is an exciting opportunity to support international customers in a fast-paced and professional environment.

Location: Cape Town
Contract Type: Seasonal Contract

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound customer queries in Italian and English
• Provide accurate information and high-quality customer support
• Resolve customer issues efficiently and professionally
• Maintain detailed and accurate records of interactions
• Deliver a positive customer experience at all times
• Work collaboratively with the wider support team

Requirements:

• Fluent in Italian and English (spoken and written)
• Previous customer service experience preferred
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Computer literate (MS Office / CRM systems advantageous)
• Professional, reliable, and customer-focused
