Job Title: Junior Sales Executive Pre-Owned Vehicles

Location: Brackenfell, Cape Town

Employment Type: Full-Time

We are looking for a driven and experienced Junior Sales Executive to join a pre-owned vehicle dealership in Brackenfell.

This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated sales professional with a strong understanding of the pre-owned vehicle market and a proven ability to consistently achieve sales targets.

Key Requirements

• 2-3 years proven experience selling pre-owned vehicles
  
• Demonstrated track record in vehicle sales
• Ability to consistently sell a minimum of 5 vehicles per month
• Strong knowledge and understanding of the pre-owned vehicle sales process
• Excellent communication, negotiation and customer-service skills
• Target-driven, motivated and results-oriented
• Professional appearance and approach
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced dealership environment

Key Responsibilities

• Assist customers throughout the vehicle purchasing process
• Identify customer needs and recommend suitable pre-owned vehicles
• Negotiate and close vehicle sales
• Consistently achieve and exceed monthly sales targets
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships
• Follow up with prospective and existing customers
• Maintain accurate sales and customer records
• Deliver a professional customer experience from enquiry through to delivery

Working Hours

Monday Friday: 08:00 17:30

Saturday: 09:00 13:00

Public Holidays: 09:00 13:00

Saturday Off: 1 Saturday off per month

Salary & Commission

Basic Salary: R8 934.47 per month

Plus: Commission and bonus structure
