Job Requirements

• Matric Certificate
• Valid drivers licence
• Proven experience as a Selling Sales Manager Assistant Sales Manager or Senior Vehicle Sales Executive with leadership responsibilities within a motor dealership
• Strong experience retailing new vehicles within a franchised dealership environment
• Experience managing a well-known volume brand will be highly advantageous
• Outstanding track record of consistently achieving sales and profitability targets
• Strong leadership coaching and team development skills
• Excellent business acumen and financial understanding
• Exceptional communication negotiation and relationship-building abilities
• Strong understanding of dealership operations and manufacturer standards
• Experience using Dealership Management Systems (DMS)
• Clear criminal record and sober habits
• Contactable references
