Salary: R35 000 R40 000 CTC per month

We are looking for a motivated and commercially driven Technical Sales Manager with experience in the agricultural or seed industry.
The successful candidate will be responsible for developing customer relationships, growing sales, marketing seed products and providing technical product support to farmers and agents.
Minimum Requirements:
- Relevant qualification and/or experience in agricultural or seed sales
- 25 years relevant experience
- Experience in seed sales will be highly advantageous
- Matric / relevant agricultural qualification
- Fluent in Afrikaans and English read, write and speak
- Valid drivers licence non-negotiable
- Own transport
- Good computer literacy and administrative skills
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Strong relationship-building ability
- Self-motivated, punctual and responsible
- Willing to travel and work overtime/weekends during peak periods
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales and marketing plans for seed products
- Build and maintain strong relationships with farmers, agents and customers
- Provide technical product advice and support
- Develop and achieve sales budgets and targets
- Prospect for new business opportunities
- Ensure customers and agents receive relevant product information
- Deliver presentations at farmer days and study groups
- Assist with product trials and demonstrations
- Assist with stock takes and management of consignment stock
