WE’RE HIRING: MICROSOFT AI GROWTH LEAD / MANAGER | CAPE TOWN
Cape Town | Hybrid | Permanent
R90,000 – R110,000 basic p/m + performance incentive/commission
We’re looking for a commercially driven Microsoft AI Growth Lead / Manager who knows how to turn AI capability into real revenue, customer adoption and enterprise growth.
This is not purely a technical AI role. We want a hunter, strategist and relationship builder who understands the Microsoft ecosystem and can identify opportunities, build pipeline and engage confidently at C-suite level.
What you’ll drive:
- Go-to-market strategy for Microsoft AI solutions
- New enterprise pipeline and customer acquisition
- Microsoft Copilot & Copilot Studio adoption
- Azure AI and cloud growth
- AI use-case identification and commercialisation
- Executive AI workshops and customer engagements
- Expansion and whitespace opportunities within existing accounts
- Strategic relationships across Microsoft and its partner ecosystem
- Revenue forecasting and pipeline conversion
What we’re looking for:
- 7–10+ years in technology, cloud, enterprise software or digital transformation
- Strong B2B sales, business development or GTM experience
- Solid knowledge of the Microsoft ecosystem
- Ideally from a Microsoft Partner, Solutions Partner, SI or enterprise technology environment
- Strong C-suite engagement and presentation skills
- Proven enterprise pipeline generation and conversion
- Ability to translate AI into business value and ROI
Experience across Microsoft 365 Copilot, Copilot Studio, Azure AI, Power Platform, Dynamics 365 and/or Microsoft Fabric would be highly advantageous.
You may currently be a Microsoft AI Sales Specialist, Data & AI Sales Specialist, Cloud Sales Specialist, Azure/AI BDM, Microsoft Alliance Manager, Digital Transformation Sales Lead or Microsoft Solutions Sales Manager.
We’re looking for someone who doesn’t simply manage accounts — you see opportunity, create demand and build markets.
