Sales Account Manager
About Our Client Our client is a well-established international organisation within the gaming and technology sector, providing specialised testing, certification and compliance services to businesses across the global gaming industry. Job Description - Manage and grow a portfolio of assigned client accounts, ensuring strong relationships and high service levels. - Handle day-to-day account management, including client communication, project services, billing and collections. - Identify opportunities to upsell, cross-sell and increase revenue across existing accounts. - Develop new business by actively targeting companies that are not currently using the organisation's services. - Conduct business development through telephone prospecting, face-to-face meetings and industry trade shows. - Introduce clients to additional service offerings and identify opportunities to expand the relationship. - Maintain accurate sales opportunities, client information and activities on Salesforce and relevant reporting systems. - Monitor client activity, competitor movements and changes within assigned accounts. - Work closely with internal teams to ensure successful and timely delivery of client requirements. - Should have gaming industry experience The Successful Applicant - Have a degree or national diploma in Sales, Marketing, Business or a related field. - Have a minimum of 5 years' experience within the gaming/gambling industry. - Have proven B2B sales and account management experience. - Demonstrate a track record of achieving sales targets and growing client accounts. - Have strong business development, negotiation and relationship-management skills. - Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills. - Be able to meet the relevant regulatory licensing requirements.
