Finance Operations Associate

Job Description:

• Ensuring accurate investment deployments disbursements liquidations and dividend schedules across a broad range of funds and asset classes
• Performing timely reconciliations and completing ad-hoc data analysis to support the Investments and Executive Teams
• Taking ownership of issues as they arise - identifying articulating escalating and driving solutions to completion
• Managing a direct report and playing a pivotal role in delivering worldclass service to investors while maintaining critical compliance and control standards
• Working closely with (and being mentored by) the Head of Finance with a clear growth trajectory and increasing responsibility for high performers

• Proactive solutionoriented and not afraid to take initiative
• Organised and excellent at managing multiple moving parts
• Techsavvy and confident adopting new systems
• Commercially aware (finance or wealth management experience is a bonus but not essential)

Qualification:

• Bachelors degree in one of the following:
• Accounting
• Business/Commerce
• CFA Level 1 and 2 would be highly advantageous
