Senior Head of Sales | Pretoria
We’re partnering with a high-growth, established business that is entering an exciting new phase of expansion — and we’re looking for an experienced Senior Head of Sales to help shape what comes next.
This is not a “keep the wheels turning” sales role. We’re looking for someone who can build, lead and elevate a sales function, with the commercial instinct and leadership presence to turn strategy into measurable growth.
What you’ll be doing:
- Lead and develop a high-performing sales team
- Drive revenue growth and overall sales performance
- Develop and execute the sales strategy
- Identify new commercial opportunities and markets
- Strengthen sales processes, structures and performance metrics
- Work closely with Exco and other business leaders to deliver the broader growth strategy
We’re looking for someone who:
- Has strong senior sales leadership experience
- Has a proven track record of delivering revenue growth
- Is commercially sharp and highly target-driven
- Can build structure without killing the entrepreneurial energy
- Is confident leading people, strategy and change
