Digital Sales Manager

Purpose We are seeking a driven and detail-oriented Digital Sales Manager to oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of projects across our digital sales channels. This role is key in ensuring that we deliver seamless digital customer experiences by bringing all relevant stakeholders together and monitoring delivery deadlines.

Key Areas Of Responsibility

• Project Management:

  • Lead and manage the end-to-end lifecycle of digital projects, from ideation and requirements gathering to go-live and performance monitoring.

  • Define project scope, goals, deliverables, and success criteria in collaboration with stakeholders.

  • Develop and maintain detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, budgets, and resource allocations.

  • Identify and manage project risks, dependencies, and bottlenecks, ensuring mitigation plans are in place.

• Channel-Specific Execution:

  • Ensure projects adhere to platform best practices, brand guidelines, and customer experience principles.

• Stakeholder Collaboration:

  • Act as the central point of contact for digital project initiatives, facilitating clear communication between business units, marketing, IT, and external service providers.

  • Run regular sprint reviews, status updates, and stakeholder workshops to ensure transparency and alignment.

• Performance & Reporting:

  • Monitor KPIs related to project outcomes and digital sales performance.

  • Deliver post-implementation reviews and suggest continuous improvements based on performance data and customer feedback.

Experience and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher;

• Demonstrate experience in managing projects throughout the entire project lifecycle;

• Experience managing senior stakeholders, 3rd party suppliers/ partners, and diverse internal teams;

• Exposure to Project Management.
