National Driver Trainer

We are Africas leading multi-temperature logistics provider, seeking a National Driver Trainer to upskill and certify professional drivers across our fleet. Key Focus Areas: - Develop and deliver driver training programs (RTMS, AARTO, SANS 1395 compliance). - Conduct on-cab assessments, toolbox talks, and defensive driving courses. - Promote safe, fuel-efficient, and environmentally responsible driving. - Manage driver certification, learnerships, and performance scoring. - Ensure compliance with legislative, SETA, QCTO, and company requirements. Requirements: - Code 14 license + PrDP, 3+ years driving experience. - 5 plus years truck & trailer driver training experience (FMCG/QSR cold chain). - Accredited Driver Training qualification, Tail lift Operator license. - Strong communication skills (multilingual advantage). - Technical expertise in vehicle operations, telematics, and driver scoring systems. Preferred: - TETA/SAQA Professional Driving NQF Level 5+. - Defensive, economical, and rollover prevention training certifications.
