ADMIN ASSISTANT
- Previous administrative experience or strong administrative capabilities
- Computer literate
- Good organisational and time-management skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Professional and comfortable communicating with guests, suppliers, and team members
- Dependable and able to work independently
- Strong attention to detail
- Willingness to assist with different aspects of the operation when required
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
FIELD GUIDE
- Conduct guided activities and guest experiences
- Share accurate and engaging information about wildlife, ecology, and the surrounding environment
- Ensure guest safety and comfort during guided activities
- Maintain professional standards when interacting with guests
- Assist with the preparation and upkeep of guiding equipment
- Report operational, safety, or maintenance concerns
- Work closely with management and other team members
- Assist with general lodge operations when reasonably required
ADMIN ASSISTANT
- Previous administrative experience or strong administrative capabilities
- Computer literate
- Good organisational and time-management skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Professional and comfortable communicating with guests, suppliers, and team members
- Dependable and able to work independently

COMBINED
- General office administration
- Maintaining records and filing systems
- Assisting with correspondence and communications
- Capturing and updating information accurately
- Assisting management with administrative tasks
- Coordinating information between different areas of the operation
- Assisting with guest-related administration where required
- Supporting stock, purchasing, or supplier administration where applicable
- Maintaining organised and accurate documentation
- Assisting with general operational duties as required
- Provide relief Lodge Management cover during the current Lodge Managers' leave periods, taking responsibility for the day-to-day operation of the lodge and ensuring continuity of guest service and operational standards
PACKAGE: - R25 000 Negotiable (DOE)
- Live-in accommodation provided
- Three meals per day provided while on duty
- 3 weeks on / 1 week off working schedule
