Area Manager

Duties & Responsibilities
Manage and oversee the daily operations of multiple EatFresh sites ensuring consistent service delivery and compliance with company financial performance by achieving revenue profitability and cost management targets across all assigned implement and monitor operational plans to ensure business objectives and KPI targets are regular site visits operational reviews and quality audits to identify risks opportunities and areas for full compliance with food safety regulations HACCP requirements health and safety legislation and company client relationships through regular engagement service reviews and proactive resolution of concerns to ensure client retention and opportunities for organic growth contract expansion and additional revenue streams within existing and develop Site Managers and operational teams through coaching mentoring performance management and succession employee engagement initiatives and foster a culture of accountability teamwork and service recruitment onboarding training and development processes are implemented effectively across all labour productivity scheduling overtime and workforce planning to optimize staffing levels and operational and approve site budgets forecasts stock controls and monthly operational operational and financial data to identify trends and implement corrective actions where procurement and inventory management processes are executed effectively to minimize wastage and control customer complaints service failures and operational incidents implementing sustainable corrective supplier and vendor relationships to ensure quality products and services are delivered within agreed implementation of new business contracts mobilizations and operational the development and execution of marketing promotional and customer experience initiatives within the all company assets equipment and facilities are maintained and utilized and implement business continuity and risk mitigation plans for assigned and present operational financial and performance reports to senior sustainability waste reduction and environmental initiatives in line with EatFresh and Tsebo informed of industry trends competitor activity and market developments to identify opportunities for innovation and service as the key escalation point for operational issues client concerns and employee relations matters within the region.
