We are seeking a dynamic OD & Engagement Consultant to champion our strategic culture and employee engagement initiatives across the organisation.
What You Will Do
• Drive Engagement: Lead the annual employee survey process, guide leadership through action planning, and facilitate impactful engagement sessions.
• Transform Culture: Facilitate organizational development, culture, and learning interventions while delivering tailored solutions for team challenges.
• Global Collaboration: Act as the primary liaison with global engagement networks to align and implement group-wide initiatives locally.
• Measure & Communicate: Partner with internal communications to roll out campaigns, manage OD program budgets, and track the impact of engagement strategies.
What You Bring
• Education: 3-year Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Industrial Psychology, or Organisational Development. Professional registration (e.g., Industrial Psychologist or Certified Coach) is a plus.
• Experience: 3–5 years in HR, with specific experience in Employee Engagement, OD, Change Management, or Training & Diagnostics.
• Core Competencies: Strong facilitation, planning, and analytical skills. Proven ability in project management, conflict resolution, and working under pressure.
