Creative Director

Purpose of the role

Own the creative expression of the brand
Campaign concepts, visual direction, shoots, brand consistency
Translates the brand strategy into a distinctive visual and creative world capable of competing for attention alongside leading international luxury brands.

Duties

• Translate brand strategy into compelling creative ideas.
• Develop campaign concepts across brand, product and collection storytelling.
• Establish a recognisable brand visual language.
• Direct photography and video productions.
• Guide designers, photographers, videographers, editors and external creative partners.
• Ensure creative work feels luxurious, distinctive and unmistakable.
• Protect consistency while allowing the brand to evolve.
• Work closely with Growth and Digital teams to ensure creative supports commercial objectives.
• Build creative systems that allow the department to produce at speed without compromising quality.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Art, Marketing, Advertising, or a related field.
• At least 5–10 years in design, advertising, marketing, or copywriting, including 3+ years managing teams.
• Experience in luxury brands essential
• A robust track record showcasing original concept development, branding, and strategic execution.
• Ability to mentor creatives, run brainstorms, and guide projects from concept to final launch.
• Translating complex business goals into clear, compelling creative visions.
• Proficiency in standard creative software (such as the Adobe Creative Suite or Figma) and familiarity with current digital/print production standards.
• Strong presentation and negotiation skills for pitching ideas to clients and stakeholders
