Senior Sales Executive (Retail Clothing/Shoes) Cape Town

Key Responsibilities - Deliver exceptional customer service and create memorable shopping experiences. - Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets. - Build long-term relationships with customers and encourage repeat business. - Develop and maintain excellent product knowledge. - Assist customers with product selection, sizing and styling advice. - Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently. - Ensure merchandise is attractively displayed and maintained to the highest standards. - Assist with stock receiving, replenishment and stock counts. - Maintain a clean, organised and inviting store environment. - Support promotional campaigns and new product launches. - Assist with opening and closing procedures. - Lead by example and provide support to other team members when required. Minimum Requirements - Grade 12 (Matric). - Minimum 5 years' retail sales experience. - Previous experience within a clothing, footwear or fashion retail environment is essential. - Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets. - Strong customer service and relationship-building skills. - Experience working with point-of-sale (POS) systems. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Willingness to work retail hours, including weekends and public holidays.
