Marketing Assistant

Red Ember Recruitment is recruiting for a Marketing Assistant for our client in Pretoria.

Requirements

• The Marketing Assistant will be actively involved in:
  
• Supporting channel marketing initiatives to drive brand awareness engagement and lead generation.
  
• Assisting with client engagement and communication projects and campaigns across multiple platforms.
  
• Assisting with public relations and advertising activities.
  
• Assisting with the creation and scheduling of social media content and managing community interactions.
  
• Assisting in day-to-day marketing operations to ensure deadlines are met and initiatives are executed seamlessly.
  

Minimum Required Qualifications

• B. Com Marketing degree (or a similar relevant qualification) from a reputable institution.
  
• Minimum Required Experience
  
• Recent graduate or up to 1 year of experience in a similar marketing assistant role. Prior internships or exposure to marketing-related activities will be advantageous but are not required.
  

Required Skills & Attributes

• Excellent communication skills (both written and oral) with strong attention to detail.
  
• Technology savvy with proficiency in MS Office (Word Excel PowerPoint Outlook) and familiarity with social media platforms.
  
• A proven appetite for AI will be an advantage.
  
• A strong ability to multitask prioritise and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
