Unified Communications Internal Sales (IT)

In a technology-driven environment dedicated to enhancing communication solutions, our client is seeking a diligent and customer-focused individual to join as an Internal Sales Coordinator specializing in Unified Communications (UC). This role offers an opportunity to contribute to a team committed to delivering innovative communication technology solutions, ensuring that customer needs are met with professionalism and efficiency.

Duties:

• Maintain an in-depth understanding of UC technologies, including video conferencing, audio visual, networking, and VOIP.
• Prepare and upload files daily, ensuring accurate and timely processing.
• Assist with general queries and support the sales department during periods of high volume or staffing shortages.
• Track orders through the system from initiation to delivery, ensuring seamless process flow.
• Provide weekly pipeline reports to management, highlighting progress and issues.
• Help resolve daily supply chain issues and communicate feedback from customers internally.
• Produce correspondence such as letters, memos, reports, and spreadsheets.
• Oversee filing and general administrative tasks for the sales team.
• Prepare quotes and submission documents with all necessary details.

Requirements:

• Matric certificate is essential.
• At least three years of relevant experience in sales support or administrative roles.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
• Solid understanding of networking and VOIP technology.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage time efficiently.

Nice to Have:

• Knowledge of UC technology specifics.
