Key Responsibilities:

• Manage regulatory and compliance obligations
• Coordinate licensing filings and ongoing compliance requirements
• Engage with regulatory bodies and external advisors
• Provide legal and regulatory guidance to internal stakeholders
• Oversee compliance frameworks policies and governance processes
• Conduct risk assessments and support risk mitigation initiatives
• Monitor regulatory developments and assess business impacts
• Support strategic projects and business initiatives
• Prepare reports and recommendations for senior management
• Identify opportunities to improve compliance processes and controls

Job Experience and Skills Required
Qualification:

• Bachelors degree in law Compliance Finance Accounting Business or a related field
• Legal admission or relevant compliance qualification advantageous

Experience:

• Minimum 5 years relevant experience in legal regulatory compliance or advisory environments
• Experience operating within regulated industries
• Proven ability to manage complex regulatory and compliance matters
• Experience engaging with regulators and external advisors
