Our client operating within the retail and consumer goods industry is looking for an experienced Head of Brand & Retail Marketing to join their team based in Centurion.

Candidate Profile:
- A Diploma or Degree in Marketing Marketing Management Communications or a related field
- Minimum 5 years experience in a senior Brand or Retail Marketing role with leadership responsibilities
- Proven experience developing and executing integrated marketing strategies across multiple brands
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel Canva and Adobe Creative Suite
- A commercially minded leader with exceptional communication presentation and relationship-building skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute brand and retail marketing strategies that drive brand awareness and commercial performance
- Build and maintain strong relationships with retailers while managing marketing campaigns and promotional calendars across multiple brands
- Manage marketing budgets analyse campaign performance and present insights through detailed reporting
- Lead brand communications influencer partnerships and integrated marketing initiatives across digital and traditional platforms
- Provide leadership to the marketing function while fostering collaboration and ensuring the successful delivery of marketing objectives
