Organisational Development and Engagement Consultant

Our client an established company in the Motor Vehicle Manufacturing industry is seeking to employ an Organisational Development and Engagement Consultant to join their team based in Kariega (Uitenhage) Port Elizabeth.

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree (3 years) in Human Resource Management Industrial Psychology or Organisational Development.
• Professional registration (e.g. Industrial Psychologist or Certified Coach) is an advantage.
• 35 years experience in Human Resources preferably in Training and Development HR Consulting or Assessment and Diagnostics.
• Experience in employee engagement and organisational development initiatives.
• Understanding of change management processes.

Responsibilities but not limited to:

• Plan and manage the annual employee engagement survey process.
• Support managers throughout the survey process including preparation feedback and action planning.
• Guide leadership in creating and tracking engagement action plans.
• Facilitate workshops discussions and engagement sessions across teams.
• Analyse survey results and prepare clear reports and presentations.
• Coordinate communication and engagement campaigns with internal teams.
• Act as the main liaison with global company engagement networks.
• Support implementation of group-wide engagement initiatives and recommendations.
• Facilitate organisational development culture and learning interventions.
• Identify team culture challenges and provide solutions.
• Organise engagement activities such as workshops and team events.
• Work with internal communications to ensure clear messaging.
• Manage budgets related to OD and engagement initiatives.
• Track progress and measure the effectiveness of engagement programmes.
