Job Description
A multi-entity operation with cross-border intercompany dealings is seeking a strong Financial Controller to own their full debtors creditors & treasury function.
As Financial Controller youll take full ownership of debtors creditors treasury banking FX and intercompany functions end to end. Youll act as gatekeeper of financial controls and governance driving accuracy audit-readiness and continuous improvement. Its a hands-on leadership role for someone who thrives on structure accountability and a tight ship.
Key responsibilities:
- Own debtors and creditors end-to-end from collections and ageing to supplier payments and onboarding
- Manage treasury banking cash flow forecasting and FX exposure including forward exchange contracts where applicable
- Drive reconciliations across bank clearing suspense and control accounts resolving exceptions timeously
- Oversee intercompany loans balances and confirmations investigating and resolving differences
- Strengthen financial controls risk management and audit readiness
- Lead and hold a finance team accountable for accurate output under pressure
What were looking for:
- A Bachelors degree in Accounting Finance or Commerce; or equivalent is advantageous
- At least 3 years relevant finance experience in debtors creditors banking treasury FX and reconciliations in a high-volume environment

Full time in office with a budget of up to R900k per annum depending on experience
