Key Responsibilities:

• Elicit analyse document and validate complex business and system requirements
• Act as the bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams ensuring clear communication and alignment
• Translate business requirements into detailed functional specifications user stories process maps and technical documentation
• Facilitate workshops stakeholder interviews and discovery sessions to understand business needs and pain points
• Analyse existing business processes and identify opportunities for improvement automation and digital transformation
• Collaborate with Solution Architects Developers Product Owners QA Analysts and Project Managers throughout the project lifecycle
• Support the design and implementation of system integrations APIs and data-driven solutions
• Conduct impact assessments gap analyses feasibility studies and root cause investigations
• Define acceptance criteria and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) system testing and solution validation
• Manage requirements traceability and ensure solutions align with business objectives and regulatory requirements
• Interpret and analyse data to support business decision-making and solution design
• Contribute to Agile ceremonies including backlog refinement sprint planning and stakeholder reviews

Job Experience and Skills Required:

• Minimum 4 years experience as a Business Analyst with a strong technical focus
• Proven experience in requirements gathering business process analysis systems analysis and solution design
• Experience working on system implementations integrations digital transformation and software development projects
• Strong understanding of Agile Scrum and SDLC methodologies
• Experience creating user stories process flows functional specifications and business requirements documentation
• Proven ability to engage with stakeholders and collaborate effectively with business and technical teams
• Experience with SQL for data analysis querying and validation
• Knowledge of APIs system integrations and data mapping
• Strong analytical problem-solving communication and facilitation skills
• Bachelors degree in information systems Computer Science Business or a related field Relevant BA certification will be advantageous
