Setting up appointment for the Director

POSITION INFO:

We are looking for a sales assistant that can set up appointments for a Director of a company.This is a full remote posistion and all correspondence will be via zoom and whatsapp groups

Must have uncapped Wi-Fi at home and must be fully computer literate, especially in excel, word and advanced Outlook. Must have at least windows 11 installed on their computer.

The perfect candidate will have a laptop or desktop set up at home

Qualifications:

Matric

Sales experience - min 5 years

Fully billingual in English and Afrikaans

Skills:

• Very professional
• Communication skills excellent in English and Afrikaans (both written and verbal)
• Must be able to know how chat GPT works to communicate with clients on WhatApp
• We are looking for someone that can think on their feet and is able to get past the gate keeper at companies to be able to set up the meeting with decision makers
• This person must be able to work under pressure and be a strong team player
• Training will be provided
• Sales of services a plus
• Should the candidate have any experience in selling cyber security this position is ideal for you, if not training will be provided
