Ideal Candidate Profile The ideal candidate is not simply a chef or kitchen manager. They are someone who understands the kitchen and food environment but also thrives on interaction with guests. They should be able to move comfortably between the kitchen and dining area, understand what is happening behind the scenes and then translate that into an engaging guest experience. Ultimately, the successful candidate will help ensure that dinner becomes part of the safari experience rather than simply a meal.
