Job Description:

As an Account Manager youll be in the drivers seat building strong client relationships managing projects from start to finish and ensuring every deliverable reaches the finish line on time and within scope. Youll collaborate with clients CEOs Directors and internal teams to facilitate workshops define requirements manage stakeholder expectations and deliver innovative solutions that create real business value. Like a Formula 1 race strategist youll combine precision communication and problem-solving skills to keep projects moving at top speed and achieve podium-worthy results for every client.

Skills & Experience:

• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English and Afrikaans.
• Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management abilities.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and related business software.
• Strong planning organisational and time-management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously.
• Experience facilitating client workshops process mapping and scoping sessions.
• Self-driven proactive and able to perform under pressure.
• Comfortable working in a hybrid environment and travelling to client sites when required.
• Valid drivers licence and willingness to travel.

Qualification:

• Bachelors Degree or Diploma in Project Management Agri-Business Management Business Analysis or an IT related degree.
• 1-2 years experience in Account Management Project Management Business Analysis or a related client-facing role.
• Experience managing client accounts and project deliverables is advantageous.
• Knowledge of the agricultural or farming industry would be beneficial but is not essential.
• Experience engaging with senior stakeholders and executive decision-makers
