Our client has an exciting opportunity for a Lead Structural Engineer to oversee complex engineering projects provide strategic technical direction and build lasting client relationships while driving project success from planning through delivery.
Responsibilities
- Provide technical leadership across multidisciplinary engineering projects.
- Deliver projects safely on time within budget and to the highest quality standards.
- Manage project planning scheduling reporting and resource allocation.
- Lead client engagement and coordinate with contractors and professional teams.
- Support tender preparation and identify new business opportunities.
- Ensure compliance with ISO 9001 Quality Management System requirements.
- Resolve technical challenges and oversee engineering excellence.
- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to team development.
Requirements
- BSc BEng or BTech in Civil or Structural Engineering.
- ECSA Professional Registration (Pr. Eng. or Professional Technologist).
- 1520 years of post-qualification consulting engineering experience.
- Minimum of 5 years in a Technical Lead or Project Management role.
- Proven track record delivering complex building and infrastructure projects.
- Strong commercial awareness and contract administration experience.
- Exceptional communication leadership and stakeholder management skills.
