Kendrick Recruitment is currently seeking a Spa Reservationist to join a prestigious luxury hotel in Tokai Western Cape.

This is an excellent opportunity for a polished organised and guest-focused reservations professional with a passion for wellness and luxury hospitality. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing spa reservations assisting guests with enquiries and ensuring a seamless booking experience from the initial enquiry through to the guests arrival.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage all incoming spa reservations and booking enquiries.
  
• Assist guests with treatment information availability pricing and recommendations.
  
• Process bookings accurately and efficiently.
  
• Manage cancellations amendments and rescheduling of appointments.
  
• Communicate professionally with guests via telephone email and other channels.
  
• Maintain accurate guest profiles and reservation records.
  
• Coordinate closely with therapists Reception and other hotel departments.
  
• Assist with managing therapist availability and treatment schedules.
  
• Ensure guests receive accurate information regarding treatments and spa facilities.
  
• Upsell suitable treatments packages and spa experiences where appropriate.
  
• Handle guest queries and resolve booking-related issues professionally.
  
• Maintain the high service standards expected within a luxury hotel environment.
  

Requirements

• Previous experience in spa reservations hotel reservations Front Office or guest relations.
  
• Experience within a luxury hotel spa or hospitality environment will be advantageous.
  
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  
• Strong telephone and email etiquette.
  
• Highly organised with excellent attention to detail.
  
• Professional polished and well presented.
  
• Strong computer literacy and experience with reservation systems.
  
• Ability to manage multiple bookings and enquiries efficiently.
  
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
  
• Ability to work calmly and efficiently under pressure.
  
• A genuine passion for wellness hospitality and exceptional guest experiences.
