Key Responsibilities:

• Support the execution of a variety of capital markets and corporate finance transactions.
• Analyze financial information to identify commercial trends risks and opportunities.
• Assist with financial due diligence and transaction support engagements.
• Prepare financial models valuation analyses and investment presentations.
• Conduct market and industry research to support strategic decision-making.
• Contribute to the preparation of transaction documentation business cases and client deliverables.
• Work closely with senior team members throughout the transaction lifecycle.
• Liaise with clients and professional advisors while supporting multiple live transactions.
• Develop a strong understanding of deal structures capital raising activities and investment opportunities.
• Build long-term relationships with internal and external stakeholders while contributing to business development initiatives.

Job Experience and Skills Required:

• Newly qualified CA(SA).
• Strong academic record.
• Solid technical accounting and financial reporting foundation.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
• Strong financial modeling aptitude or a keen interest in developing modeling capabilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to prioritize multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong commercial awareness and an interest in corporate finance investments and Capital Markets.
• Professional driven and eager to build a career within transaction advisory.
