Position Purpose

Key Responsibilities

Sales and Merchandising Excellence

• Monitor stock levels and coordinate replenishment requirements.
• Implement promotional campaigns and in-store marketing initiatives.
• Maximize shelf presence and brand visibility.
• Achieve assigned sales targets and merchandising objectives.
• Maintain accurate records of store visits and sales performance.
• Gather market intelligence and competitor information.

Customer Service

• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and store management.
• Respond professionally to customer enquiries and concerns.
• Deliver excellent service and product support.
• Identify opportunities to increase customer satisfaction and sales growth.
• Maintain positive brand representation across all outlets.

Teamwork and Self Development

• Collaborate effectively with supervisors and sales teams.

Education Requirements

• Grade 12 / Matric Certificate.
• Qualification in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field will be advantageous.
• Additional merchandising or FMCG certifications will be beneficial.

Experience Requirements

• Previous experience in retail sales, merchandising, FMCG, or wholesale environments.
• Experience interacting with retail store managers and customers.
• Understanding of merchandising principles and route planning.
• Experience with sales reporting and stock management.
• Knowledge of customer relationship management practices.
