A market-leading high-volume manufacturing product-driven business is looking for an individual to head up their operations from manufacturing aspect to making decisions about new machinery.

Duties & Responsibilities

What we are looking for:

• An Engineer with a BSc and MBA or similar.
• Someone with min 10 15 years NOT from a typical large structured corporate.
• Someone looking to get out of a boxed Corporate and being to make changes.
• A decision maker couple with someone who understands a complex manufacturing business.
• We are looking for the following industry exp Pharma or Engineering Products or Automotive manufacturing products anywhere you have been involved end to end of re-engineering a processes from end-to-end.
• We are on the hunt for someone out the box and someone who wants to impact business in various ways someone in the detail and technically astute!

Remuneration:

• Market related C.T.C. per annum
