Position Summary
The Retail Operations Manager will oversee day-to-day store operations, sales performance, inventory management, customer service standards, workforce planning, and profitability initiatives. The successful candidate will lead retail teams, ensure operational excellence, and contribute to long-term business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage overall retail store operations and business performance.
- Develop and implement sales growth strategies.

- Manage vendor and supplier relationships where required.

- Support digital transformation and omnichannel retail initiatives.
Education Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field.
- Retail management certifications will be considered an advantage.
- Leadership and operational management training preferred.
Experience Requirements
- Minimum 5–8 years of experience in retail management or store operations.
- Proven experience leading high-performing retail teams.
- Strong understanding of inventory management and retail analytics.
- Experience managing sales targets and operational budgets.
- Exposure to large-scale retail environments is preferred.
