An established manufacturing company is seeking an experienced Maintenance Manager to lead the maintenance function within a fast-paced production environment. This is an excellent opportunity for a driven leader with strong technical expertise, proven people management skills, and a passion for driving operational excellence. Key Responsibilities - Lead and develop the maintenance team, including supervisors, artisans, apprentices, and support staff. - Oversee preventative, predictive, planned, and breakdown maintenance activities. - Maximise equipment reliability, efficiency, and plant uptime. - Manage maintenance planning, spare parts inventory, and supplier relationships. - Drive continuous improvement initiatives and support engineering projects. - Monitor plant performance, maintenance KPIs, safety, and compliance standards. Minimum Requirements - Degree or Diploma in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering. - Minimum 5 years' management experience, or 10 years' supervisory experience within manufacturing. - Automotive manufacturing experience will be advantageous. - GCC (Government Certificate of Competency) will be advantageous. - Advanced computer literacy (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). - Strong leadership, problem-solving, planning, and communication skills. Key Competencies - Excellent people management and team leadership abilities. - Strong analytical and root cause problem-solving skills. - Ability to perform under pressure and manage multiple priorities. - Sound knowledge of maintenance planning and continuous improvement. - High ethical standards with a strong commitment to safety and quality.
