Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic EdTech Curriculum Developer to design and implement interactive learning modules for K-12 and higher education. This role involves collaborating with educators, leveraging emerging technologies, and aligning content with national curriculum standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and curate digital learning resources aligned with South African curriculum frameworks.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to create engaging, interactive educational content.
• Integrate AI-driven tools and gamification elements into learning modules.
• Conduct user testing and refine educational products based on feedback.
• Stay updated on global EdTech trends and incorporate best practices into curriculum design.

Required Skills

• Expertise in instructional design and e-learning platforms (e.g., Moodle, LMS).
• Proficiency in multimedia tools (video editing, animation, interactive software).
• Strong understanding of South African education policies and standards.
• Excellent communication and project management skills.
• Creativity in designing learner-centric digital solutions.

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Instructional Design, or related field.
• Postgraduate qualification in EdTech or Digital Learning preferred.

Experience

• 3-5 years in educational content development, preferably in EdTech.
• Experience with AI/ML integration in learning platforms.

Salary

300,000 – 450,000 SSP annually, with performance-based bonuses.
