Sales Manager / Sales Co-ordinator

Our Centurion-based client is looking for a Sales Manager / Sales Co-ordinator to take on a maternity cover contract (Nov 2026 - April 2027). The successful candidate will have excellent customer service and sales support skills, have marketing management and sales management skills.

Requirements:

· Previous Sales Manager experience

· Sales admin and co-ordination at management level

· Experience with sales margins / GPs and reporting

· Excellent client service record

· Excellent business communication in both English and Afrikaans

· Strong Excel skills

· Valid driver’s license and own transport

· Must live <30km from Sunderlandridge

Working Hours:

· Monday to Thursday: 08:00 - 17:00

· Friday: 08:00 - 15:00

Salary:

· Market related

Responsibilities:

· Approve quotations

· Apply discount structures

· Manage customer relations via social media platforms

· Act as back-up for loading queries from social media

· Act as back up for Enquiry Manager

· Manage missed call log and sales diary

· Follow up on open / closed orders on a weekly basis

· Generate and review sales reports on a monthly basis

· Monthly data collection for Marketing Department

· Open job card maintenance

· Arrange business cards / T-shirts, corporate gifts, etc. on an ad-hoc basis

· Conduct marketing research on an ad-hoc basis
