About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Architectural Technologist to join our team. This role is ideal for an intermediate-level professional who is passionate about commercial architecture and has strong technical drawing capabilities. You will play a key role in developing accurate architectural documentation, collaborating with project teams, and conducting site visits to ensure projects are executed to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Produce accurate and detailed architectural drawings using AutoCAD and Revit.
• Prepare technical drawings and construction documentation for commercial projects.
• Develop building elevations, sections, and detailed design drawings.
• Design and detail bulkheads and other architectural features.
• Interpret architectural concepts and translate them into technical documentation.
• Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, verify measurements, and ensure compliance with project specifications.
• Work closely with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
• Ensure all drawings comply with relevant building regulations and industry standards.
• Update and revise drawings as project requirements evolve.

Minimum Requirements

• Intermediate-level experience as an Architectural Technologist.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit is essential.
• Experience working on commercial building projects.
• Strong technical drawing and detailing skills.
• Experience producing elevations, sections, and construction documentation.
• Knowledge of bulkhead detailing and architectural finishes.
• Ability to conduct site inspections and liaise with contractors.
• Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
